Do you mind elaborating on that a bit please? Thank you in advance!

It does look like a rear spoiler.

By the way, the new teasers on the website point towards an autonomous hybrid (or even fuel cell) kind of vehicle. Exciting times ahead!

TATA's mission with the Prima was to launch a truck that appeals to a global audience. What they did was collaborate with several industry leaders for supply of high quality components for the Prima. TATA have a long standing relationship with Cummins so the engine remained mostly unchanged in terms of the supplier. They brought Common Rail technology to trucks, introduced anti lock brakes, driver friendly ergonomics and most important, a truck that was reliable. Figures such as 500Bhp and 1500nm was and still is unheard off by Indian truck manufacturers.

The competition has finally woken up but it has taken eternity. I will say that TATA were also sleeping a little too long. Maybe its cause they took their time with the Prima so they get it right at the first go.

TATA have taken a very similar approach for the new Hexa.

They might as well have signed the press release as

- written by PwC UK Head office in consultation with Jaguar for Tata Motors India.

But one good thing can come out of it - Tamo rhymes with Namo and that means our PM will be fully behind this venture.

Nice. Looks like the right half of the rear view, with the vented (mid) engine cover shown. Am i looking at this right?

What caught my eye is the bulge seen right under the "O" of "TAMO".

Is that a roof bulge above the driver's seat? If so, this is going to be a rather low car! (ala GT40 with the helmet bulge )

Strange to see an overall very rounded roof as well. Can't figure out the raised part (C-pillar?) on the right.

Guess we'll have to wait and see...

It may not be just for India. If there is no point then why we are seeing expensive Sports cars in India
The last thing I need with the road conditions worsening day by day in cities is a sports car with a low ground clearance.
In other countries, sports edition of vehicles usually come with increased torque and acceleration, but in our country, sports edition is basically the same car with a sticker on the back or on the side of the vehicle with a few changes on the exterior features. How is it a sports edition then?!
Yes, We see a lot of sports edition from Alto, i10, etc with wheel cap, stickers,

I think it could be the left side view (rear Half). But that would mean we are looking at the engine bay from the side. (It is supposed to be mid engine).

This view would explain the rounded roof and potentially a spoiler on the right side of the picture.

We do need to wait and see. But it sure looks interesting.

Plus their connected cars technology. Lets see what they are cooking but it just could be a car that one would actually pay 25L for even if with a small engine provided it has big power.

Exciting.

Digital renderings of the new Tata TaMo sportscar. Folks at rushlane have created them using the render which was first shared by Tata Motors.

If this is the actual car, then My O My.

This looks great. However, if Tata (or TAMO) is really going to build an affordable sports car, why not something like the MX-5 which will be more fun and practical? Any one remember the San - Storm? I would love something like that with better execution.

Does this have Lykan Hypersport references? I was thinking more Tata motors design language would be evident.
