Re: TAMO: Tata's new mobility solutions brand. Full details on page 3

Hmm.. Rear engine, light weight, contemporary and controversial design... This could be the successor to the Nano.

The only current option for anyone looking for an affordable sporty car right now is to look at the used car market.

The use of distributed manufacturing and composite materials could mean that this could do as a small volume model, sold through online marketing and small showrooms, with service from Tata's service network.

Tamo could be a new launchpad for products with lower mass market appeal, like sportier or hybrid/electric versions of their mainstream cars, off road vehicles etc. Hope for good times ahead.

That screen looks so slick! But those AC vents stick out like a sore thumb and spoils it completely.
If its a production ready car, I take my words back. But if its a concept, I wish they had designed it better!

Tamo to launch hatchback and coupe crossover.

In addition to Racemo sports coupe, Tata's MOFlex platform will soon spawn an ultra-compact city-friendly hatchback and a coupe-styled crossover.

Note from Moderator:

All posts regarding the RACEMO have been moved to a dedicated thread (Tata / Tamo 'Racemo' Sportscar: Mid-engined, 1.2-liter turbo, 187 BHP).

Please continue the discussion regarding the Racemo there.
