Either the variant list is not officially distributed or there is some poor proof reading at Ford, because the standard features lists "Door Azar Warning".

I don't see the reverse camera or differences in the entertainment head unit listed other than the mention of a mobile dock in the standard features.

I wish rain sensing wipers were part of the Titanium variant, but then there wouldn't have been much to differentiate it from the plus.

Surprise surprise.. Titanium variant loses ISOFIX also Titanium AT variant loses Side & Curtain airbags. Losing these 2 safety features are disappointing

If the move keeps the AT price under 10 lakhs, it is a good move. They should at a later point get an AT variant for the + version as well.

Would have loved to have cruise control on the AT. It is where it shines. Sadly not yet possible.

Also driver adjustable seats are only in the 2nd version from the top. So the base car does not get the required features.

Heard that Lower variants Ambient and trend get a 6.5' touch screen

Also the 16" alloy will be this. The current alloy looks lot better.



Also the passenger door gets separate door lock / unlock buttons. But there wont be any for the rear seat for safety reasons.

The EcoSport will now be available in both the 1.5 litre diesel and petrol, and the 1.0 ecoboost has been discontinued. While the 1.5 diesel is the familiar motor, the petrol is all-new. The new 1.5-litre Ti-VCT is now a 3-cylinder and makes 120 bhp and 150 Nm of torque.

So it's official. Height without roof rails is 1647mm. I am not sure if its really reduced. Is it because of the long antenna in the old variant

So the AT is a Torque converter and not the DCT. That too with paddle shifters. It would be great. Hope it comes in Titanium Plus also.

Pretty cool way to market a fresh product. While the video itself says very little that we don't know already on Team BHP, have to admit that its a innovative 'unboxing' video that Ford has created. Ford's marketing and ad campaigns in the last year or two has dramatically improved. Hope that they price the Ecosport right!

Im quite disappointed that there is no S variant at launch. Something to look forward to in the future I reckon.

So far, I see no one is missing the mention (I mean lack of mention) of the Ecoboost engine. Assuming it will not be offered, it will be a little disappointing.

ISOFIX should be mandatory like seat belts. It is strange to me to offer it only in the top end variant. We are in 2017, actually almost 2018

Although 4 wheel drive option was also on my wish list but at least a sun roof should have been offered. Again disappointing.
