I would look forward for your snippet and review [that would be great] as Terrano has awesome suspension, but XUV has better seats. You log in good miles, would be nice to know your perspective after ~25/50K.

I am not sure about a review but I would surely provide regular updates in relevant threads. The XUV is replacing my Ritz, so this will be sharing garage with Terrano. This would allow me a better perspective on comparison.

It seems that Mahindra has discontinued XUV500 W11 AT AWD Option model. It's not listed in their online pricelist. If it is indeed the case, no AWD AT SUV is currently available in the market in that 23L price range. It's sad if Mahindra decided to discontinue AWD AT. It seems AWD is now only available in manual.

Maybe, they have a lot of stock of manual AWD, this could help them clear the stock before BS VI kicks in.

By the way none of the dealers have stock of AT in general across all variants in Chennai. I have booked an W7 AT and am waiting. Manual is readily available.

Its true, I got a call from the dealership today stating the same thing and have asked me how to proceed as I had booked W11 O AT AWD on my Birthday couple of weeks back. Now I have no options, no idea what should I do , I'm completely going

Took the delivery of my W7 MT today.

Mahindra dealerships can't do premium though. I can only imagine about how on earth they would be managing Alturas customers.

Congratulations! What colour did you get? I got my W7 AT delivered last Wednesday in Crimson Red.

Thanks mate. Booked a Silver originally but then opted for White. My Terrano is also white so wanted to maintain a white garage theme.

XUV is no Terrano.

I have the car for 5 days now, have covered around 400+ kms. The car feels premium and is a departure from my bare bone Terrano but It is no match for the ride quality of Terrano.

On a side Mahindra dealership is continuing with their lack luster attitude.

This is their 2nd attempt of getting me a decent no plate.

Hello bhpians,

I am afraid I have a rather unpleasant experience so far with my ownership of w7 MT in only 2 months of being with the xuv500.

The car has spent 8 days in the workshop. The sad part is the issues are more like niggles rather than being major ones (thankfully) and yet mahindra service has been far from optimal.

I was wondering if anyone here has contact details / chops up the mahendra senior management?
I am in Noida and having a hard time with koncept motors.

What are the issues you facing?

I originally wanted to buy my W7 MT from Koncept Noida but they didn't bother to follow up after my initial enquiry with them.

Have you escalted the matter to their top management?

I was not happy with my delivery experiene with Shiva motors, I worte to their VP sales and there was a drastic change in level of service afterwards.
