Experienced the brand new Nexa service centre yesterday.

It was a pretty good and smooth experience (though mine was just a first service).

It was a walk-in and since there are no bookings in advance I was happily accomodated.

A service advisor was promptly assigned and he made the jobcard entry through an Ipad. The coolest feature was an app where the SA could mark scratches and dents on the car and keep a record for later (i found that pretty cool).

I was offered a choice to get the vehicle delivered but i opted to stay. I was led to a comfortable sitting area (with sofas and colas and coffee). The view from the room is the main workshop area and I could see my car being worked upon. Took about 3 hours total.

Overall a pretty decent experience considering experience with other brands workshops (thought the ktm one nearby had a Playstation to keep the customer occupied &#128513.

The work quality was just above average esp the inside dash cleaning. Must have used some awful stuff... and didn't smell very nice.

Nexa Service Centre is not exclusive for Nexa cars :

All Maruti cars can be serviced at Nexa service centre. As per Maruti : Nexa means "Premium" and any Maruti car owner can get his / her car serviced at Nexa centre.

Mr. Divakar Reddy got his S-Cross serviced at Nexa service centre. He spotted many other non Nexa cars too and the manager confirmed to him that any Maruti car could be serviced here.

The spare parts and labour rate for S-Cross was same as any other Maruti service centre in Tier 1 city. He is very happy with the service experience. Most of the non Nexa cars owners are not aware that their cars could be also serviced here

Thank you Dr.Naren. This was the only thing that was bothering me when I cancelled my Baleno's booking in favour of the Dzire, but this news means I'm extremely happy that I'm not going to miss out on the premium service experience.

The second Nexa Service outlet in Bangalore (as I was being told) after Mandovi Motors was inaugurated today on Hosur Road, bang opposite to Metro Cash and Carry on the service road towards Bangalore City. If one exits from NICE road towards Bangalore, the first thing you get after crossing the White Petals convention center is this.

This one belongs to Surakshaa Car Care who have their Nexa Sales outlet diagonally opposite to this on the other side. Thing with this is that apart from Nexa Service outlet, it is also their "Integrated Body Shop" for end to end accident repairs. Hence in the picture that shows the building you will notice how they have ensured to follow the "Nexa Grey" color scheme for the Nexa Service Outlet and the usual Silver for the Body shop.

Tired of scenes like the below, I've been following up with NEXA exclusive service to know when they will be going operational. Seems like they just have.



I was told that the new service center in Yelahanka is a NEXA exclusive, but pictures in the earlier post don't convey that.

This is now operational across the regular Maruti dealership's as well. They note down everything through the Dealer Management System app installed in their tablets, and take photos of every ding and scratch.

I've no idea about Delhi but this one is in Gurgaon. The address is Prem Motors, Plot No 5, IDC, Gurgaon.

In fact just did the second service and it was a good experience.

Nexa (Premium) Service Centre at Bavdhan on the Highway. Very Posh, i have not experienced the workmanship but the outset looks promising.

Are Non-Nexa cars allowed to be serviced in the Exclusive Nexa Service Outlets? I am currently getting my car serviced in the Nexa Service Centre and am seeing the other regular models being pulled in the bay for servicing .

They are not exclusive NEXA only centers. All Maruti cars can be serviced in these outlets. I dont think they will recover the cost soon if they concentrate only on NEXA cars

Maruti Suzuki will soon be opening its 100th dedicated Nexa service centre very soon. As of now, Maruti Suzuki also has over 320 dedicated Nexa sales outlets across the country catering to its more premium customers.
