One more thing, the car in the image is actually the Honda City ZX. :D
rl: rl: What was Renault thinking? Where's the attention-to-detail? Doesn't anyone care? I remember the time Tata used a Mahindra Maxximo on every page of its annual report -
link.
AYP, you are one eagle-eyed BHPian. Moving this to a new thread.
P.S. Just recollected a Nissan PR person using the Mercedes GT R in a tweet recently! Can't seem to find it now.

It doesn't end there for Tata Motors. They recently sent out a SOUL drive(attached-Page 17) invite with a Mahindra Thar image for showing off-roading :uncontrol. Also the Thar has a Mahindra Adventure sticker. :-D

And the Mahindra is on Gypsy's rims. :uncontrol
I am not able to get the image from net but there was a photo of Mahindra App which had several small images and one of the image was a Toyota car!
The marketing agency has to purchase images off the shelf. There are suppliers which provide such inages to marketing agencies over the counter. Such a supplier must have had a ready image which the marketing agency / app developer may have picked up.

Please apply for an intelligence / national security agency AYP. You can put a lot of image processing utilities to shame with spotting like that! Well caught.

Poor Poor Lewis Hamilton must be thinking - "Wow, the krauts gave me a green car, showed jungles and mountains from inside it...All I was driving was a Nissan!"

lol: Well its not THAR though. It looks more like the real "jeep" as we know from childhood. The Mahindra Cj3b based machine with really "jugaad" in its build.
Perhaps TML is saying we'll show you off-roading where a Jeep tips over :D. Looks like the PR guy didn't find any good Safari offroading pictures and was working on a tight deadline. haha!
That's so funny - I never realised this even after downloading the app. Here is another mistake that I found in the app. Seems they never really tested the app properly before releasing it.

This is really a good app. Downloaded it - they need to do a proper spell check before releasing it. Here is one example :
Weak is Week.
Also message should have been "Please give a strong password" instead of "Please give the strong password" |

Mahindra used the Toyota Fortuner's pic, although hard to notice, in live young live free app on the expert's choice tab image.

Pretty sure that means Mahindra heartily recommends the Fortuner as the car of choice for experts. Good on Mahindra for being so forthcoming.

Indeed. Actually, it was this post-
http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/indian...ml#post4266355 that prompted me to have a look at the picture. And once I saw it, there was no escaping me. :D
