There is an article in today's Herald which shows 2 Mahindra Scorps (A black and a white) with an EXACTLY same registration number!

Is that possible / legal?

This side, the government has listed fancy numbers themselves. And each number has a price tag. If 2 cars demand a specific number, it'll be put to auction.

These auction has gone to some crazy limits. 1L for 7777, 5.8L for 1, 2L for 7.

I like to have my numbers in a sequence of 0101, 2131, 3181, 3131 etc..
Luckily, they're not classified as Fancy!
