That's some excellent photoshop editing work man!

The body and tail lights look flush with each other as if this is actually the production model.

- New Suzuki Ertiga 2018 uses a 1500cc - K15B

- Power output up to 104.7 PS at 6,000 rpm

- 5 Speed manual and AT ( 4 speed? TC)

- Smart keyless entry feature and also push start / stop button, ESP

This new K15 engine has a max-torque figure of 138 Nm at 4,000 rpm.

The M15 engine used in Indonesian version of S-Cross produces 109 hp @ 6000 rpm, and 138 Nm @ 4400 rpm.

So, almost same figures and the added advantage of better fuel efficiency of K-Series motors.

Speculated to be a pic from the official brochure this is the 2018 Ertiga,

The photo on Seraya Motor is like a brochure.

When viewing from the picture, the front view to the rear experience a significant change. Bumper, headlights, to bumper have a new design.

Ertiga Glides on IIMS, Suzuki booth Closed and Rigorously Guarded.

So also with the stern, which has a new lamp design. Overview looks like a Mitsubishi Xpander lamp that is vertical and already using LED.

The headlights also have used projector, and the rim look also has a new design with the size of 185/65 ring 15 tires.

The brochure also explained that the low-purpose vehicle ( LMPV ) is larger than the previous generation. Now carrying capacity 1.462 cc engine, K15B type, DOHC.

Some more finer details of the 2018 Ertiga,

will get electronic folding mirrors and smart entry. Suzuki Ertiga will be the second MPV that features start / stop button, and Suzuki pair the same dashboard with Swift Dzire for their flagship MPV, but we like the instrument panel whose needle is pointing at 6 o'clock when the engine dies, it's cool to see it. Steering wheel can only tilt steering, can not telescopic, but there is already a button on the left.

all variants have dual airbags, ISOFIX seats, ABS and EBD. However, only the ESP GX variant can be stability control.

Double blower air conditioning and a 50:50 rear seats are retained in the new Ertiga Suzuki, and that's a good thing. We hope the third row space can be a little wider, though it feels like this car is not so stretchy compared to the old one. The second line is given 1 piece of power outlet to charge the gadget

Ertiga gets perfect upgrades! But surprising that the AT box is still the same (4 speed AT). I thought Maruti would go for AMT route. Maybe for diesel it will plonk an AMT unit.

Beige interior continues! The steering and even the dials etc look same as the Dzire unit (which is not at all bad).

The touchscreen integration is horrible! Why is it looking like an afterthought, like Ignis fitting? The Swift/Dzire/Baleno has a nice fitting touch screen. Hope the Indian edition gets that flush-fitting touch screen.

Seeing how they have liberated space in Dzire by removing any storage in dashboard, I think the third row will be properly usable, alongwith a reasonable boot space. Extension of the body from 4.3m previously to 4.5m now, alongwith the dashboard being forward should mean a generous seating area.

Boot space at 153 litres is still not enough. Lodgy, BRV, Hexa and Innova all offer around 250 litres of boot space.

True that. Looking at all the scoop pictures and renderings, I was expecting the boot to be bigger. And then I remembered this:

The existing one has I think 135L and its hardly a boot unless one tries smart (and hard) to stuff the baggage there.

More to see on how the major change (1.5 Diesel) fares and how much really has the 3rd row seating got better.

With minuscule boot, I hope when this one is released here, they price it sensibly rather than go overboard only by playing the bigger + powerful engine card.

Impressive. But no mention of additional airbags. With manufacturers now offering more options (Talk Yaris), hope Maruti at least provides these as optional across variants. Somehow cosmetic and creature comforts steal the limelight.

The rear looks too much like the WR-V, and the head-lamp looks like it took inspiration from the i20 and the BMW 3 series, that apart, it looks like a neat evolution. I hope they would have managed to liberate more space on the inside, which would make it a much more accomplished MPV.

Good Attempt Maruti, the all the new Ertiga looks proportionate

a) The alloys, they look too busy! The 1st generation ones were much better.
b) Maruti could have offered Beige and Black interiors.

Curious to know the weight of this new Ertiga. The old one's curb weight ranged between 1160-1190 kgs. If the weights are at similar levels, then we can hope that the thin panels have not made their way on the new Ertiga.
