I own the original Ertiga and the 3rd row recline angle almost touches the rear hatch and hinders the boot space.

I only wish it came with a better AT.

I heard that dealers started unofficial booking for New Ertiga stating the launch will be in September?!! Booking amount is 11K. Is this true?

New Ertiga spied on test in its final lap, to get 1.5 liter petrol and diesel SHVS engine. Launch in festive season ( August/October)

Report indicates the new Ertiga will be retailed through Nexa while the current Ertiga will continue to be on sale, via the regular dealers catering to the taxi segment.

While Autocar India indicates the (DDiS )diesel to be retained as is, this report indicates the Suzuki Diesel engine to debut in Ertiga!

The new 1.5 will become the next national engine for sure! Expect FGT in Swift, Baleno etc and VGT in Ertiga, Ciaz, S-Cross etc.

Front grill appears cluttered to my eyes. Suzuki calls it premium, however combination of horizontal lines & dashes appears cluttered to me.

New Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Launch In Late October. New Diesel engine to be launched closer to BSVI time frame.

Quite some time back, I had said the same thing that the 1.5L Diesel will be delayed as there are issues with its emissions after few thousand kilometers as told to me. It's wise enough to make a BS6 engine and launch it around that time when BS6 norms kick in rather than launch a half baked BS4 product now and try to make it BS6 later.
