I was thinking the same, but then I felt it is slightly misleading as you don't always go through the gears in sequence. But it is OK as the users of Harrier are not first time drivers who are still learning to drive

Even if Teaser 9 focuses on some other feature, I guess we just have to wait until 4th Dec when the media drives are slated to begin in Jodhpur (if I remember correctly).

An AT at launch will be a huge draw and help Tata get good numbers on road. Hope they dont skimp or hold back on features for a new variant down the line. Get a fully loaded variant with AT right from the beginning.

When we are ready to consider that the pricing leak might just be a way to gauge the market reaction, why can't we give the same leeway to these feature omission leaks?

Maybe TATA is getting the bakras ready for a pleasant surprise when they officially launch the car.

Great to see a good MT for Harrier. Hexa has been chastised for its poor MT. Looks like Tata has learnt its lesson and not try to give Harrier one of its vague rubbery boxes.

Not that there's anything wrong with a hydraulic unit, just that EPS seems to be the direction that auto technology is moving towards, so would have hoped that TATA would have chosen it. And as for praise, there is plenty of it for EPS too in the forum (such as re the Ford Endeavour's EPS).

Aha! Quite like your reasoning. I hope that is indeed the case. If they indeed price it lower than what they've leaked with the AT that we are hoping, it'd be a case of 'Shut up and take my money'.

Yes indeed, that is the standard reply but atleast they have disclosed the dates of the media drives. Next week we will know it all except the price.
3rd Dec to 8 Dec, that's a pretty long duration for media drives, perhaps they might be splitting the drives into groups. Media house/publications first, followed by bloggers etc. Hope T-BHP is invited to these. And I hope, thje Admins are kind enough to share some of their impressions later in the week. Too much hoping going on.
