New Baleno variant-wise details:

The Delta variant now is sufficiently loaded with all the required features in place. The Zeta now has everything, literally.

I am assuming that Delta would now a default choice for people on budget. The price difference between Zeta and Alpha should also reduce by a decent margin.

I think Maruti has done a good job with feature distribution. Also, there isn't a big price hike expected on the new Baleno. This should make the lower variants a lot more VFM.

There is no change to the steering wheel, the flat bottom steering from Swift/Ertiga would have been nice. Ciaz retained the same steering wheel and now Baleno, looks like the premium offerings from Nexa will not offer this

Really strange that a 7 seater people mover gets a sporty looking flat bottom steering wheel but not their premium hatchback!

However, the addition of LED projector headlamps and touch screen infotainment system in middle variants is a welcome change.

The blue fabric insert looks tacky for sure. They could have done better on the interior upholstery. It will go well only on the Nexa blue shade car.

The infotainment on the Delta will be the same one which is present on Ertiga Lower Models. Not the full blown Harman unit of the Alpha.

I find the alloy wheels very horrible. Reminds me of my bathroom exhaust fan. I feel existing Baleno alloy wheels looking much sober and proportionate. Never understood why indian cars are fitted with so jazzy and funky alloy wheels compared to other world markets.
