I wonder why HMIL cannot plonk in the 1.4l Crdi unit into the verna and help improve sales. At least the taxi market might find a good buy. Maybe it can compete with the entry level sedans.

If Hyundai could plonk the 1.4 in the Accent and sell it for not more than 6.5 lakh, the Dzire, Verito and Indigo would have a worthy competitor IMO.

Do you mean the old Verna?
The fluidic is already available with the 1.4 engine for 9+ lakh.

Ohh no!! I meant the accent. Sorry for the glaring mistake. I am aware of the 1.4L unit in the verna and I wanted the same to be plonked into the accent. Mods please correct the typo.
