Team-BHP Support ![]() ![]() | ![]() The 3rd quarter reminds of Fiat Grande Punto, especially the tail-lamp design. Has generous GC. |

Team-BHP Support ![]() ![]() | ![]() Is it any of those Kia product lines ? Given Hyundai is around Chennai. |

Senior - BHPian ![]() | ![]() I first thought the Figo facelift, but the C pillar looks different KIA could be one strong possibility. but the car definitely looks a tad smaller than the i20 segment. Perhaps same size as Swift, Figo segment. |

| ![]() To me, it looks like a Datsun Go refresh. The profile resembles a Go to a tee. |

Distinguished - BHPian ![]() ![]() | ![]() Looks tend to be of a Datsun hatch. |

My other guess was the Mitsubishi Mirage hatchback. But the shoulder line was different. In the camo car the door handle is above the shoulder line but the Mirage has the door handles below the shoulder line. Else it looked damn close to the Mirage. | ||||

Team-BHP Support ![]() | ![]() My take is that this is a Datsun hatch based on Sandero mechanicals. 1: Ground clearance and size do not match the Kicks. 2: Rear glass is kept one piece to fool us. It will never slide down in current form 3: For the next big gig -Renault is focusing on new Duster for revenue -Nissan on the Kicks -Datsun need something quick and this is the best budget option considering small car sales are not growing but the next segment is. 4: They need to find something to use that 1.2 engine - only the Duster CVT uses it- nothing else. |

| ![]() Looks like the Nissan Kicks, as reported by Indian Autos Blog a few days ago. Attaching images for reference https://indianautosblog.com/2018/08/...st-time-311942 |

Senior - BHPian ![]() | ![]() I will place my bet on this being a new Datsun hatchback, with those budget design elements like pull type door handles and not-so-flashy lamps all around. And the Nissan type camouflage points to the Nissan factory as well. But whatever car that is, that is one really well-proportioned cute city car. The wheels match the design too, and saves it from having that under-tyred look that most budget hatchbacks suffer from. |

| ![]() On second thought, it does not look like the kicks. Auto car india had spotted Datsun go facelift some days back https://www.autocarindia.com/car-new...n-india-409216 Looks a better fit to the spy shot shared by GTO than the Kicks. |
