Re: Renault-Nissan plant in Chennai offering VRS (Voluntary Retirement) to employees

Renault Alliance is sitting on a potential gold mine with Mitsubishi and are not realising it. We Indians love our Pajeros and in the near future, it is the only brand which can give Fortuner a tough fight.

Why wait till 2019 to launch the new Micra? Nissan as a poor player in the domestic market has nothing to lose financially, they should show courage and bring the new Micra when it matters the most. The intended new 2019 Micra may still be old when it comes to India.

The scheme is pretty good for the Technicians but costs nothing for the Rebel Alliance. Best way to control costs on a win-win situ. Its better than setting people up for failure and them for bad performance
