I think it happened late last year when features rejig was happening. At that time, the brochure had no mention of XB, but the price list started from XB. Now even that is gone, and the actual base variant, officially, is XE from 2019.

Even though it still does not reflect in the official brochure, the variant features on the website finally shows that Dual Airbags and ABS+EBD+CSC are now standard on the Tigor.
