Toyota customers impacted in the Bangalore Aeroshow parking lot fire can call our Toyota Customer Assistance Centre at 180042500001 or 08066293001.

Following facilitation will be done by the Toyota Call Centre

1. On-site assistance through our Insurance arm staring at 8.30 AM at incident site.
2. Conference call with concerned Bengaluru Dealers Customer Relations for any coordination like Insurance inspection or special towing assistance etc.

This should bring a small relief for those who got affected in the incident. A very good and a very timely gesture from Toyota. Hope every other manufacturers follow this gesture to ease of the pain from those anxious owners.

Appears others have taken a cue from this. Got a message from Prerana Motors (Tata Motors dealer, Bangalore) providing a contact number for assistamce if our car is one of the affected ones. Nice gesture to empathize and offer support directly.
