Re: Hyundai Grand i10 Magna CNG launched at Rs. 6.39 lakh

I wonder what the point of the launch is considering Hyundai is working on a total facelift of the Grand i10 which is not far away from launch. Do they want to mobilize stagnant stock as much as possible?

This seems to be the probable reason, else it doesn't make any sense.

If you check the offers, Grand i10 had more than a lakh discount running around february/march 2019. Even last month the SA contacted me to check if I had decided and said there were such discounts still available. What doesnt add up is, one side they have Lakh+ discount on a 6-8L car and on other hand factory despatches every month is above 10k . Usually we see such discounts on low selling models, but this case seems weird.

Its power drop seems to be high from the competition(~20%) typically is of the order of 15%.

BTW will this be BS VI ready? More so does anybody know about the sulphur emissions in general from CNG car?
