Looks to be a Road Load data acquisition run.
Maruti may be tweaking suspension settings. Now whether that is due to a "new" powertrain mass potentially being introduced or simply a rework of the existing suspension setup is anyone's guess.

Suzuki Baleno Full Hybrid spied again:

the test model can be seen wearing vehicle dynamics testing gear. Interestingly, this particular model has a DDiS badge on the side, but that’s likely because the R&D team is using an old model for testing.
