Btw are you aware about after-market setup from AutoMate which does the job of Cruise Control?
Google it and see if it satisfies your need.

Wow that seems interesting indeed! Here is their portal link. Has contacts etc as well. The page should have had better presentation together with some easily available demo videos.
Link - Auto-Mate Autocruise

However - buying a new car and installing this would entail warranty loss, wouldn't it? This would be a significant change to vehicle's electronics and driving characteristics. If installed - its best to get this added on the insurance papers as well. Otherwise in case of an accident, the insurer can easily use this for avoiding claim!

The setup is ARAI approved. So it should have some legal backing.
I am not 100% sure about warranty though.
But they have another product which converts your manual car to an automatic one, and that product DOES NOT affect warranty.
At least, they claim so.
A visit / call should be helpful to answer all your queries.

Although the changes are pretty minimal, looks better than the last year's edition IMHO. Here's the video:

They need to stop coming up with such editions. Are they taking a page from Volkswagen's book? Rather than spending efforts (minimum), time (again minimum) and money on such updates they should rather be using them to add more features in the current variants and keep the costs in check. One way would be by giving 6 airbags for all variants than spending on hideous colours and badges.

However, no one can beat Volkswagen with such special editions, Tata is trying really hard though.

This looks much better than the previous Kraz+ edition but they should have given all black alloys which would compliment the overall look of the vehicle.

While I agree with you partially, we tend to forget that Nexon is out in the market for just about two years now. I believe it is not right to expect major feature changes with in such a short span of a car lifecycle. In a way it's a nice thought to keep the buzz going on (although these editions are similar to sticker jobs from other manufacturers) for sometime to survive in the market until it's about right time for a proper facelift

We have also been seeing a few test mules of the facelift already. Let's hope Tata comes all guns blazing with that facelift when the time is ready.

This Kraz edition is much better than the previous iteration. I had seen the previous Kraz edition a few days back and the wheel caps with the Green Accents were not quite up-to the mark. A special edition car should have alloys and these do the Nexon justice. Tata is definitely trying to keep the buzz going for the Nexon. Hopefully there are some takers for this edition with the overall slowdown in the market.

So what changed, except the accent color from neon green to tangerine? Tata, stop doing a Maruti, even they've dialed it down the these days.

Maruti is a sticker king. Tata has painted panels in place here, so there is no comparison in my opinion. LOL

Well more than these editions, Tata should focus on immediately getting the BSVI version of the vehicle. That will increase sales rather than these limited color editions. I guess this holds true for all auto manufacturers.
