Usually, the manufacturers label the switch with the window symbol if they have one touch function and this could be seen on all 4 switches on the driver's door. Hence, the assumption .

I roughly used the same logic - about 50k over BS6 Harrier prices for 3rd row and 1.5 for the autobox

To make things complex, Jeep Diesel AT 4x4 is now available for 21.96L with better hardware.

re: The Tata Gravitas (H7X) SUV. EDIT: Branded as the Safari!

Does anyone know if there has been a change to the ORVM design in Gravitas? I found this an issue in Harrier from visibility point, specially for my height (5 ft 8 inch!). From the spy shots and videos the ORVMs appear to be the same as that in Harrier.

There was one post at least about the Gravitas which mentioned a smaller ORVM. Not sure who had shared it.

3. Recline and slide feature along with tumble function is coming in the Buzzard.

4. Powered driver seat is coming.

5. Auto dimming IRVM is coming.

6. Altered ORVM's are coming.

7. 170 hp/6 speed auto are coming.

9. Buzzard will have the option of captains chairs in the middle.

13. Electronic Parking Brake is under development and may see the light of the day in 2020.
This and other interesting tid-bits were shared by Ram in Nov itself. With the 6 seater Gravitas spotted with EPB, almost all the points he shared have seen the light of day. So I guess the resized ORVMS will also make it to the production spec Gravitas & Harrier.

Hoping the goodies mentioned by him get introduced in both Harrier and Gravitas.

Interesting, while the interiors and the leather finish in the door and alloys look like top spec, but this does not have the electronic parking brake as an earlier spied picture.

Also no sunroof on any of the spied models yet.

Doesn't look like top spec. It is more like XM. The steering wheel is not leather wrapped.

The Tata Gravitas (H7X) SUV. EDIT: Branded as the Safari!-tata.jpg

Short C-section - it's the BS6 Harrier, not the Gravitas.

This is the Gravitas. Spotted 2 days back by Siddharth Patil.

Does it mean they have reworked the rear quarter window area, which was very small and tapering in the current design? In this picture, you can clearly see a tall, squarish window.

re: The Tata Gravitas (H7X) SUV. EDIT: Branded as the Safari!

Quite disappointing to note that there are no updates about the launch of Gravitas. On the other hand, Kia Carnival is all over the media with some good marketing. Tata motors still haven't got their marketing right on their new launches. Maybe they will target the IPL season again for Gravitas this time? Is there anyone who would go for Carnival instead of Gravitas? Given that MPVs are selling more in India, I wouldn't be surprised if SUV lovers move to MPV category.

re: The Tata Gravitas (H7X) SUV. EDIT: Branded as the Safari!

Tata motors is focused on launching Altroz and Nexon EV. Not to mention the facelift versions getting launched simultaneously.
Looking at the way Tata has marketed Altroz, similar campaign for Gravitas is just a matter of time

Thanks to a Team-BHP Fan (who prefers to stay anonymous) for sending this information in. Heartfelt gratitude for sharing it with other enthusiasts via this Team-BHP page!

I am not sure if this qualifies as a scoop. Found out by fluke from a very reliable person that Tata is testing an 8-speed automatic transmission for the Buzzard and has in fact fitted the same in some of the company-owned Hexas for testing purposes.
Really? 8-speed? Is this a possibility? ZF & Aisin are the only ones I can think of with 8-speed ATs.
