my dad drives Optra 1.8 (black)2004
and a Esteem(blue)2000

I've got a 84 maruti 800 a 2002 qualis an rx100 and a honda 250 crm
hey rehaan dude nice car.my dad has a 123 shape 1986(I think) left hand manual e200.absoloutely lovely car.runs like a dream.If you need any help gettin parts mail me I'll try to help you out.

hmm jesa an impressive bout of cars u got there..u seem to have the all the brands expect a honda which is missing in ur stable. so how is the qualis. do u have the mimited edition one or what!

i thought u were jokin bot that one. hehehe. all cars are normal of them 2 i dont have for now they have been givin to some ppl in my office. i also had 3 800's and a van till last yr. van and 2 800's got sold. one of them went into a wall and was completely destroyed. honda city i was gonna buy instead of accent but dad said go for 1.3 i was like no way. but again i like accent more than the city then so i got it. i know lotta u ppl wont agree with me but i chose the accent over the city . now i want a lancer used or new i dont care. wanna mod it so im savin money for one. lol. now i think i shud have got a lancer then mayb i cud start modding itnow. hehe neways neva mind all that.

conti 1.8, esteem vx and M800.

love the conti's proportions.....long hood, short deck and rear wheel drive too. plus its got amazing back seat comfort.

the esteem's still one on my favs......good value, perfect seats and seating position and punchy performance.

the M800, do i say anything more, it's the only car where u feel 120 kmph when you are actually doing 60.

hi guys, accessing the forum after a long long time..a lot has changed..since i stopped posting, anyhow..

here is my list..i dont have any shots since i am in the US and the cars in India..
S320L
E230(prev gen)(love it more than my friend;s new E)
Sonata
City 1.5Ex
Lancer (i think just sold, was on the mrkt, havent talked to my parents after that)
Astra -> mostly sits in the office now along with..
Esteem and the Baleno
Pajero, thinking of changing it for sometime now, but havent got anythings out standing
and Most likely the new additions might be the V6 accord and hopefully fingers crossed a 735Li if we can find one in lieu of our S, bored of that already and by god do i love the new 7, its absolutely stuning..what a presence..

i was in LA afew weeks back and in 10 cars on the road i use to see 3 S 500/55/600, 3 745Li/760s 2 CLs 2 SLs and thats it..thats all..then 1 in every 20 cars was like a jag converti or 1/50 cars was like a 360/512 ferrari..man west hollywood area is a dream come true...awesome shopping..awesome cars, awesome houses, awesome ladies what else does one need..

thats where i really started liking the 7 and now i have kind of convinced my dad to get it instead of the S..lets c..will be on a look out i want specific interiors and color, so hope we can get one soon..

It is indeed. Had a girlfriend doing her PhD at USC, she moved to Pasadena and we used to drive down to West Hollywood all the time. The cars spotted on the road were really to die for...and driven very very aggressively.

Not too far away, on the Beverly Hills main street is a Ferrari showroom. Its a quaint little place and is easy to miss. The showroom is on the west side of the road, and has parking only for two cars. Saw an F50 and a Diablo parked next to each other last I was there.

Here’s the list:
1. 84 Maruti. White with matt black. Handling, I feel much superior than the new 800. 155 wheel on Aura alloy. No music system.

2. 1959 Amby. My all time favourite. Black colour. 13 inch wheels from Contessa with185 Goodyear. 1.8 Isuzu with gearbox/differential. Front disk brakes. Front stabiliser bar. No power steering, I need to exercise my arms. Music system is a mix of Pioneer player/equaliser with CD changer. Sony amp. Baby amp from Pioneer. One pair of 6988,one pair of 6995. Pioneer tweeters.

3. 2004 Chevrolet Optra LT. Black colour. No modification except for the music system. Changed those rubbish speakers to better Blaupunkt. Blaupunkt sub-woofer and Blaupunkt amp. Planning to go for 205 footwear. Happy with the sound.

Few members have seen my Amby snap but here I’m putting again for everybody. No pictures for Maruti and Optra as they’re nothing special for me.

Hey rudrasen, that really a cool pic. I'm falin in love with the Amby now. And thats really some cool mods u have done. Bucket seats, 13 in wheels, the grille [is that original.]. Do u have more pics of this???

Yes I've more of those. But unfortunately I don't use a sexy Canon like Dippy. I use my Canon EOS 1V and painstakingly
scan dia positives at 300 dpi. No, grill is not original. Designed by me to house the AC coil fan. Fabricated in a shop which sells wrought iron furnitures
Dippy, this picture was taken with Canon 70-200, 2.8 USM. hand held shot with image stabilizer on.
If I've not mistaken, the f stop was 8.

Sweet pic! sweet amby!

I have to post this because u mentioned "Image Stabilizer".
Over the last week i have SERIOUSLY been thinking about upgrading my digicam (Canon A70..same as dippy's) for a Canon S1 IS. Man..i think i am in love. 38-380mm(10x optical), hardware ImageStabilizing, 640x480 30fps AVI recording, exposure bracketing, focus bracketing, full manual mode, swivel LCD etc etc!@#! check it out.
Im thinking of selling my better than perfect condition Canon A70(~13kRs with 272MB & case), maybe will post it on TBHP's marketplace.... dont have time to do ebay.com as i leave the US in 16days!
U seem like a camera guy, surely u will understand what i am going through!
