Honda's New Crossover to debut in Feb-21.



Rear design shows its coupe style:


Highest grade- dual tone, Panoramic sunroof




Floating Screen, electric tailgate as standard


The highest grade will be the 'Play'. Only one grade will have the 1.5L engine.
The rest will be the dual motor hybrid e:HEV only.

Wonder whats with a name that sounds like weasel. Or would people (in India) hear a whistle ? or see it as a vessel ?

The pics in posts 46,47 and 54 on the prev page reminds me of rudimentarily applying the rule-of-thirds that we see in photography. Hope the final product is not that bad. The UR-V at least looks more proportional.

Despite this recent hype, it is “Yawn Inducing “to us unless we see it launched in India. I can only pity the dealers though. They would have put their money on the legacy of the brand, and may be finding it difficult to perceive a roadmap for the next 3 years.

This is as big as Honda Pilot, looks more like Acura MDX and a whole size bigger than CRV. This is never going to make it to India.

Honda's New SUV now seen in leaked patent images. Variations in design elements are speculated to be for different markets or optional.

The next-gen HR-V features a far cleaner look than the outgoing model, eschewing angular lines for a smooth, rounded figure.















And the render posted earlier seems to be the closest to the real one.

Honda's HR-V rendered loosely based on the revealed patent images:

Compared to the current Honda HR-V, the patent image displays a more angular overall look. Changes include a more prominent grille, door-mounted side mirrors and a sleeker roof line.

Honda's new HR-V, to come in two exterior stylings for different markets.

For Europe :

This is the first look at the European Honda HR-V redesign The all new HR-V ditches the general cheap look for a more finished design with a rear light bar, slim headlight and a very MG/ Mercedes style grille with that cascading pattern. In fact it only looks like a Honda from the side profile.

For Japan, US and Canada:

US and Canadian versions will look quite different from the EU version,
first up the front end will have a horizontal bar style grille, almost like a Subaru Crosstrek, along with standard roof racks, additional body cladding, black wheels and more

Nice to know. But is Honda serious about getting this to India? It's been a long, long wait. Most people have already jumped ship and can't wait for so long.
