Skoda AMC + Lease finally

Was browsing through todays newspaper and read a advert for Skoda cars from Nummer Eins. It said that all Skoda models are now available on lease. Also they (dont know whether company or dealer) are offereing AMC(Annual Maintainance Contract) for Rs. 9,990/-

Now with controlled maintainance cost i dont think anyone would hessitate on buying a Skoda because of high maintainance.

Does the AMC include spares, and does it take care of the idiocy of their service people? I refer, of course, to Bangalore.

AMC for skoda, that is good news
The skoda is bloody expensive car to maintain, the money you save on diesel eventually is spent on service of the car.

Lease on a Skoda is nothing new, but the real surprising bit is the AMC. The car is not exactly cheap to service / maintain and 10 grand per year is superb pricing:

Would be interesting to know:

1. Does it include Mobil1 in the service?

2. Are parts and labour covered?

3. Whats the maximum number of years that one can take AMC for? First 3 / 4 / 5/ ?

I would really love to buy another skoda if it wasn't for the exorbitant pricing of spares and labor costs at the dealerships.

It still is a good car, but marred by the unmaintainable costs of servicing plus as is the norm with european cars, some thing or the other always fails on the car to cause some or the other niggling problem.
