A welcome judgment, but another indictment of our glacially slow judicial system. 6 years to pass a judgment on a product that has a life of 10 years is wayy too long. Justice delayed is justice denied and it is for the owner to wonder if the compensation is enough for the years of trouble.

Let us not forget that the verdict by the local court is open to challenge by Skoda and the dealer in a higher court. If that happens, we're looking at atleast another 10 years before the gentleman gets his compensation - if he ever does!
