The blue shades are definitely picking up these days. More manufactures are bringing them on their lineups

My vote for unusual colours would go to:

Ford Ecosport with its 'Chill Metallic' colour which was there pre-2017. This had a very European edge to it and no other manufacturer had a colour palette like this one.
Sad that it didn't work well enough.

The rare Caffiene brown S-Cross. This is the only other brown in Maruti's lineup after 2010 Wagon-R in Baker's Chocolate Brown

FYI. Maruti also introduced the SX4 in French Eclair in 2010. We have one in this color in our family and its still a head turner. I took this photo from a fellow BHP-ian.

This is one factory shade that I've found unusual.
After 9 pages it's still not mentioned here but I find a red Polo mentioned...I find this unusual too!

This color was called "Kelvinator Fridge Blue" by auto mags and the Alto 800 had it first. Datsun Go got inspired by Alto 800's least selling color when it launched at the same time I guess.

Two cars that came to my mind are the yellow Lancer and golden Hyundai Santro 1998. Photo of yellow lancer has already been shared.

But surprised that no one has posted about the Santro that was launched in gold colour back in 1998 when the car market was still opening up to new players. There was one particular gold Santro parked outside a house approx 2km from my place that we used to go and see every evening after our cricket game(s) conclude. I was in high school back then and Santro/Matiz were the hot favourite for most of us.
