New Corolla to hit Indian roads in August 2008

Now it is launched with the name of Toyota Altis. Saw advertisement in Times of India, Bangalore edition in Toyota usual style. They are showing blackened pics of car and view is not clear.

During launch of Qualis also Toyota first started with four wheels, chassis, lamps etc.

Eagerly waiting to see how market gives response to new version of Toyota Corolla aka Altis.

The site is up and running, toyota says launch date is 5th Sep.
Where is real Quality ?

Yes, it says 22 days more to go (as of today) for official launch of Altis.

Mods, I think there are 2 or 3 threads running on the new Corolla/Altis launch..is it possible to merge all into one?
