Toyota has launched a pre-paid customizable service package called Smiles Plus.



Customers can choose from four packages depending on their requirements. These include Essential, Super Health, Super Torque and Ultra. These packages include periodic maintenance and general repair.

Highlights of the Smiles Plus service package:

• Flexibility of service location
• Protection from Service price hikes
• Savings on service cost
• Usage of Toyota Genuine Parts & recommended services
• Trained technicians working on your vehicle

According to Toyota, Smiles Plus has been designed for future mobility requirements and to offer hassle-free service experiences to customers.

The pre-paid service package is available at Toyota service centres and dealerships across India.

Toyota should also launch more exciting cars, at a competitive price, leaving aside their greed for profits in the name of 'Toyota Reliability'.

Toyota has so many models, of which it could at least bring some to India. With heavy localisation, there is no reason they can't be competitively priced. Extremely lazy rebadging of Vitara Brezza instead bringing in their own models. At this moment it may seem smart to rebadge Maruti product as 'reliable' Toyota but in the longer run it will lead to brand dilution. The brand core values of Maruti Suzuki and Toyota are not same neither do they overlap. I own a Maruti gaadi and no offense to anyone.
