To the Tiguan AllSpace, yes. Same engine, platform, dimensions etc.

Skoda have always had two trims of their top model cars (Octavia, Superb and Kodiaq in the past). There's no reason to suggest this launch will be any different. Regardless, the difference between the Scout and L&K isn't that much anyways. The Scout is supposed to be more sportier in the interior department than the luxury focused L&K. There isn't much difference anywhere else.

If it's pricing you're concerned about, the top L&K versions command a relatively small premium over the Scout considering the segment - but discounting down the line will shorten than gap considerably.

Skoda should seriously launch the Kodiaq with atleast 3 variants. Style, L & K, and sportline with black accents, alcantara black seats and sportline alloys just like in Europe.

Between 7-10 kmpl if I had to guess. The diesel Kodiaq was relatively lighter at 1800kgs. My previous Santa Fe 4wd was almost 2000kg. The new petrol models should be even lower.

Very little changes on the outside. The front looks bit worse as the previous led setup was one of the best.

I agree. Earlier model had more cheerful face (headlamp was nicely merging on to the grill, while the new model has the headlamp abruptly narrowing as it approaches the grill). I also find the 'mismatching' effect on the tail lamps rather unnecessary and done just to bring in some change.

Isn't it rather odd that they would be dispatching vehicles to dealers before announcing the car has been launched, before pricing etc? Unless launch is just around the corner, which would mean the launch is just a few days away, much before the January date they had originally said. Any way, good news, this is a segment that could do with some activity!
