  1. Where do we buy tickets?
  2. We can only attend on the 13th evening, 14th and 15th as the other days are working days. Can the public attend on these days, or are these days only for journalists?
  3. What’s the whole flow of the event?

The tickets would be available online. On when the general public can attend, we will have to wait till the organisers publish the schedule. I intend to catch a super early morning flight from Pune to IGI and return back on the same day to Pune. My only concern is, being January, I will need to factor the delay in flights due to foggy conditions.

Tickets should be available online. Last time they were available on BookMyShow. I suggest you order well in advance and choose home delivery. In 2020, if home delivery was not opted, visitor was required to go to BookMyShow counter far away (behind expo mart, near parking) and wait in queue to get physical entry pass.

In post-pandemic online era, I hope, they issue online passes.

Going by the past editions of AutoExpo, in the upcoming edition :
11th & 12th Jan : Media / Special Invitee only day. Only pre-issued passes, no tickets for public.
13th Jan : 'Business only' entry. This means only adults allowed (above 18 years), higher ticket prices (Rs. 750 in 2020) and lesser crowd.
14th Jan to 18th Jan : Open to everyone, including kids and lower prices (Rs. 350~475 in 2020).

I visited 2016 and 2018 Expo and found that best way to get the tickets was to get it from a Metro Station, take the metro to the designated Metro Station in Noida where free buses to Expo site were available.

I am not sure whether these facilities will be available this time.
