Tomorrow I have been invited by Nandi Toyota for the launch of new Limited Edition Corolla.Does anyone have a clue of what its going to be? Since it is going to be its 5th Ani in India hope for it to have major facelift like a sports edition or somethin sporting a TRD supercharger which was released in Europe also a LE of only 250 cars.What say guys...

Any news if this is true?

Fat chance. Doesn't look like Toyota India has still woken up from their hibernation so don't get your hopes up. In all probability it'll be another freshen the lights, put some stickers, chrome up the rims (Oh we already did that! Ok, so make then matt this time!!) kind of job!!!!

agree: ..Maybe throw in a CD changer, leather seats, new colour schemes, hopefully new rim designs(this is a must guys)

I thought the launch was on 13th, its the 15th today and Toyota's website still hasnot been updated.

I think this "LE" trend has been happening every year for Toyota with claims that they make only 250 of those. As of last year,it apparently is expected to have

Whats the price of this limited edition?

The LE corolla is more pricier than the MT Honda civic,dont know exact pricing but in the region of 11L ex-showroom.

This limited edition from Corolla seems like a joke to me...esp. with 1st april long gone,this looks like a joke 1.5 months too late..C'mon, is this what limited editions have come to mean...?? Two new colors,rear spoiler,cup holder & the likes..:Frustrati .Corolla,anyway with their tail between the legs due to Civic onslaught can come with a "Limited" edition for grateful Indian car buyers..

What attractiveness?!

And are evidently tired of climbing. Because once you have a Corolla in your hip circle, people are either going to say:
1. Oh, you took a taxi. Good, don't drink and drive.
2. Second-hand kya? New Civic is so expensive, no?
3. Hey, you got your dad's car today!


So all you other people who spend 10+ lakhs on the regular Corolla, rattle about with your regular alloys. Nyah nyah!

Who should feel cheated here? The guys that paid for the top-end model with leather or the guys that paid for the 'Limited Edition'?

Erm, ok, yeah, but...SPEECHLESS!

Isint the wood finish whatever standard on the corolla??
