Mah-Renault to gear up Logan for new competition

• The joint venture (Mahindra-Renault) is getting ready for more activities to pick up speed.
• Logan will be taken to around 50 new towns between July and October this year.
• Mahindra-Renault will add some frills to the Logan and also come up with a new brand positioning campaign next month.

According to this news report, an updated Logan is expected sooner than we think.

While, I'm not expecting a price cut this time, but hoping for some improvements in the fit and finish levels, especially the interiors. Plus, more safety features like ABS, EBD and passenger side airbag are more than welcome.

(Renault has indeed started upgrading the Logans across the world. For example, the Logans in Brazil come with updated interiors, taken off from the Sandero. (Renault=))

Hope this injects new life for that product.But such efforts from other manufacturers haven't done wonders before-example is accent with beige interiors.
