Seeing the headline I was almost sure it gets the excellent 1.0L turbo CVT combo, only to be disappointed.:Frustrati

Fails me why would Renault rob this excellent car of the much needed mill? Or maybe they want to keep it exclusive for their premium sub4m offering Kiger? Either ways I feel more than these colours and dual tone what Triber begs for is a more prowerful engine.

This car is one such beautiful package which no other manufacturer has not been able to come up with. Just give that 1.0 turbo engine at a reasonable price, it will bring much more volumes for Renault!

From the number of deletions the RXL has got, it seems it might not be seeing the volumes Renault expected. The loss of the 2nd row vents is a big deletion in my opinion.

That’s quite disappointing and more like deletions of useful feature (second and third row AC, cooling function in the lower glovebox and center console).

Renault seems to have rushed with the list, ‘Clor’ instead of ‘Color’ lol:

As a proud owner of Renault Triber RXZ 2019 model, I feel really sad to see all these deletions in the car. But, Renault hasn't increased the prices and just deleted the features to keep their loss at a minimum, so I understand their business decisions. I hope they did some market research before deciding on deleting and adding the features that they did, but really feel sad for the new owners who will be getting these models, as they will miss out on lot of cosmetic things that we got back in the day in our car.

It would be really nice to have the 1.0L turbo under the bonnet of the Triber. Triber is an attractively priced people mover but it needs a torquier engine that would pull the full complement of passengers easily. A torquey engine would not only up the fun factor but would make it more efficient as well under full load driving conditions IMO. However, they seem to be playing with the naive minds of the consumers by offering certain niceties that hardly matters. Triber needs the 1.0L turbo at the earliest to make it a complete vehicle.

That's a sad number of deletions on the RXL. Basically anybody who wants the rear AC vent and rear power windows has to choose the new RXL+. Also there is no RXZ now, is this an indication that the turbo might be launched only with the RXZ? I doubt that though considering that Kiger will loose its major advantage over the Triber if both of them get the Turbo.

Everytime I see a Triber I think that this is a winner and with a powerful engine can easily match the Ertiga. Deleting features can turn off customers or cannibalization inside the brand. People are now seeking more comforts for their rides. Hopefully it will not cost them sales.
