I pray that the VVT makes it. Its just the head, ask us to pay for it (or have it as optional)

Optional makes more sense.

That way both the company and the customers can be happy.

no they are not launching swift sport.they are just planning to replace the g series engine that currently does duty in the swift with the m series engine.
we are calling it sport because we are expecting it to have close to 100horses under the hood.

Its a G series engine.

The M series of engines has been given only to the SX4 as of now.

is there any way to buy an SX4 engine (M16) in India in order to put it into a Swift? Is there anyone at Maruti who would be willing to sell just an engine? Or can one order it as a replacement "part" for an SX4?

Just saw a top- gear video in which they had very good things to say about the Swift 1.3 (Not even the sport)!

Seriously... Top Gear praising a 1.3L Suzuki!

Its the winter olympics special, where they play ice hockey with the Suzuki Swift.

Richard Hammond says- Suzuki made cars that are as interesting as a pine tree. But then, out of nowhere, came the Swift!

Here is the link-

I guess it has to be M13. G13 Swift is only present in India.
