The all black interior in the pre-facelift VENUE was quite classy!

Introduction of beige in the facelifted VENUE just brings down the premium element IMHO.

A reasonable update to the Venue.

Hopefully the price hike will be reasonable as well. This is enough to maintain the numbers when others launch.

While Brezza hype is more, it has just 1 engine type. That will help Venue retain its sale numbers

Just for the heck of it, "Nip and Tuck" with no real updates like the diesel automatic, looks like Hyundai is doing Kia Sonet (also Tata Nexon) a favor by "holding back" on features, transmissions. It's already fallen behind Tata in sales a couple of months allowing Tata a second place in domestic sales. This will not make a dent in Maruti Brezza sales one bit. In fact I expect Maruti to launch Brezza with a bang as compared to this soft launch of Venue "Nip & Tuck"

S Cross had two step reclining rear seat. Is it the same/similar that Hyundai is offering in Venue? If yes then by giving it in a sub4m pseudo SUV they are calling this as segment first. Poor marketing gimmick.

At least they should have given ventilated seats for the top end. The venue SX(0) price will be at par with Sonet GTX plus and the later being better kitted will.be the default choice for the customers. There is no significant update other than the cosmetic changes, I dont think that Hyundai is interested in selling any more of these. This behaviour will cost them slipping furher down in the sales chart.

Never been a fan of the long black section on both front and back bumpers to break the monotony of the design. It may look premium on the high end cars provided the design matches with the overall look but having seen similar section on Grand i10 and now in Venue, I have started disliking this design more and more.

The design is similar to its much bigger brother, the upcoming Palisade! IMHO, I like this face over the old one and the old rear design over this.

I love the way how this facelifted Venue looks. Nice to see that they've made rear look better as compared to previous version's hatch kind look.

Completely agree that this black section on both the front and back make it look overdone and busy. Even if they would have kept the old bumpers with the new grill it would have looked better.

The infotainment system will play "Nature" sound when you are driving to calm you. They have this feature in Tuscon (US Market). Its just more of a "we have this" feature. One can always play this track via streaming apps .

I also echo the same thoughts. If this is the direction Hyundai is taking with respect to designing cars for Indian market then Kia will overtake it pretty soon.

Not sure what exactly this is, but the ecosport has a reclining rear bench, which was the first under 4M CSUV to offer this IIRC it correctly.

Kindly share more details of it if it is not what I understand it to be!
