This really requires 215/60 performance tires with 17" rims.

Instead, Hyundai chose to plonk such a large body on the smallest wheel size they could get away with. What are those wheel arches?

It's harder to do this aftermarket without recalibrating speedometer and the safety sensors. If only Hyundai wised up and sold N-line performance parts.

Spoilers, 17" rims, and performance tires with the dealer doing the required calibration

I totally agree with you. Too many displays in cars these days and a lot of information which aren't necessarily easy to read. I can't say I don't want them as I like them and have been spoiled by them! Now they've become a minimum expectation BUT, definitely distracting. While all necessary information on the instrument cluster significantly reduce the head down time, they're still making me take my eyes off the road. The Civic's cluster especially has a lot of information and it makes me want to fiddle around on the move and that's definitely risky. I need to train my mind to stop doing that.

Not sure why they decided to have the primary headlights so low in the fender. One minor accident may cost nearly 40-50k in LED replacement.

I used to own a 2017 Verna and I looked back at the car every time I parked it. Such a beauty has been completely ruined in this iteration. Creta’s design has not grown on me yet and I’m sure the new Verna’s looks will never grow on me.

On the interior front too, I’m neither a fan of the steering nor the single panel display. My gut says the car wouldn’t age well, both the interior (unlike Creta in this department) and the exterior.

From the latest videos and pics, its clear the car looks fine in most angles even in white. Not the best design but also not as hideous as people are claiming it to be. I'm sure it'll look better in person and as it becomes more commonly seen. Darker colors though look totally fine any angle.

This instrument console is downright ugly. RPM dial showing 0.8, 1.2 looks really odd. Been accustomed to dials all these years, this one seems hideous. Since it is a LCD display, they could have added options to customise or change dials or atleast have dials on console. Their international models do have lot of better dial options.

Not to even mention oversized Hyundai logo on bonnet.

On a bright side, Thank you Hyundai. This motivates me to hold on to my 2014 Verna.

It's definitely a polarizing design.
But what concerns me most are those tuny 16 inchers. They look really awkward especially with those big wheel arches.

Does anyone if it features discs all around or just at the front
