I don't like the interior and exterior but I guess I'll get used to the design with time. The side profile of this car is very intriguing, especially from the C-Panel to the boot.

Looks like Hyundai has tried to do something revolutionary with the design but haven't quite got it right. It now looks like a toy or kid version of something that could've been a lot better.

I'm looking forward to more pictures to understand how this car looks in the flesh.

Surprisingly plain jane looking car, seems to be the base variant. Those driver focused screen makes the other side half of the dashboard look boring, so much cost cutting in the guise of next generation technological upgrade & that front exterior design is unapologetically hideous to say the least. Well my observations are only limited to the looks of the car though.

Why does the interior look like an afterthought? It's all over the place with those screens with huge bezels. I thought they would go for an Elantra like interior with better cohesiveness. A bit disappointed.

Mixed feeling with those pictures, its a love-hate design. Interior with black and red theme will look great on N line model. The front bumper has uncanny resemblance with the newly launched Honda City facelift.

Plastic covers hugely spoil the look/feel of anything, smartphone or car, especially when stuck on metal. My guess is it will look way better without the protective sheets and when seen without the rushlane logo all over.

Doesn't look any better in darker shades either. Maybe 20% more cohesive, but even then, it makes me scratch my head and wonder like a confused simian....

What jargon will Hyundai even market this with? The All New Bold Extravagant Verna!"??

Personally, no offence but I feel the premium interior lost its charm once it turned black. And what's with that small rear view camera view. Please Hyundai, I expect you to atleast give a proper camera as you are expert in giving features. The N-Line according to me looks like an after thought but I would reserve my comments till 21st.

All ‘Critics’ are going to come back here & maybe delete or edit their comments…a few rushing to book their own.

It’s gonna be a Creta like situations - demanding huge waiting (not part shortage) but actual demand.

As I expected I like the look of the car in darker versions. As for the dark interiors I guess only the turbo GDI interiors will be of this scheme. I am sure the 1.5NA top end trim would have more elegant beige interiors. And if they have an N-Line version of the Verna nothing like it. The N-Line Venue blew me away. It was such a good blend of handling, engine response and sound.

It’s 179mm. Same as VAG twins.

Nice looking car and should increase the competition in it's category. Too early to comment but for me, the instrument cluster is an absolute fail. Very cartoonist, overdone and lame. It's hard to read and has been complicated unnecessarily to stand out from the crowd. Analog dials with a colour MID in the middle is the best setup like the one on the Innova Crysta.
