New Zen in a two door option too?

hi guys
see june's autocarindia,
go to the last few pages read the zen's buyer's notes
in that it states that on all variants , there is a new two door option too!!!
asked two of the dealers in hyd, varun and saboo rks
they neither denied nor confirmed

any one else can confirm here???

The 2 door Zen was a limited edition. Only 600 were produced. One in black [Carbon] and one in Silver [Steel].

but it seems they are re launching it in the new shape zen again
i personally visited two dealers in hyd, both of them told me there were talks but nothing confrimed yet

The New Zen in 2dr option will sell only if its a Limited edition. I doudt it will sell like hot cakes if it were put into production cos it isnt a very practical car.

And why is MUL thinking of launchin the 2dr Zen?? Have they stopped exporting them to UK?? Or are these leftovers of the UK stock??

The 2 door version is from the export bin and it is a pre face lift version.It didnt set the sales charts on fire in india and dealers were actually offering free insurance and life tax on these cars in last octover november as they had to clear them.

Not sure if they have any left now.
