Please please please avoid VW Whitefield. I went there for first 6 years of my car and they were good but last year with my silencer issue(making a dhud dhud sound on potholes and bumper) they asked me to change 3 parts of the front wheel giving an estimate of 14k. I have a written note from them too if anyone is keen on a legal case. They charged me 900 rs for inspection.

Thank god I had the patience to take the car to one more showroom near my office in Indiranagar. Those guys said, i have to replace my silencer however we will give it a bend and let it run for as long as it's possible. This was 6 months back and I rarely heard a thud again. The Indiranagar folks took my car in the garage lifted it up, physically tweaked silencer so that it doesn't touch and charged me 0 Rs.

Please please avoid VW Whitefield at all costs fellow BHPians the new staff is out there to empty your pockets.
