Mitsubishi

If they price it head on with CRV or slightly less, then it would be interesting.
Official website will be www.outlander.in as given in the brochure. However, the same is not activated. I guess this link will be redirected sooner or later.

This is funny because I had a chat with the HM person around 3 months back and he told me specifically that the outlander would be costing less than Pajero.
Pajero, while still far away from the market leader Ford Endeavour, still seems to have sold some 1000+ units in 7 months.(In the same period, Montero has sold 140+). It is the only car that has done some numbers for HM, so may be they don't want to upset this?
Anyway, trying to doubleguess HM's strategy is worse than rolling a dice. Best to wait and watch the tamasha.

What! no diesel? There is an excellent Outlander Diesel that is sold in Europe. The lump is from VW or Peugeot though.

Well, I guess common sense is not very common.

the car looks really good. It would have been even better with a diesel heart.

If that is the kind of drop between CBU and CKD, then Maruthi should introduce the GV at<10L, Honda should introduce the CRV at <15L! LOL

How i wish the product marketing managers figure out the numbers that would sell and then off course do the Japanese thing of making money on service, support and spares..

Wishful thinking alas..

Honda is usually known to pull the carpet under their competitors feet, so it will be great to hear an announcement from them for a diesel CRV or a CKD version?????

it only you

mitsubishi have a policy of "single country single price" so price should be same everywhere.

Car looks good and so do features. wish they launched it with diesel.

It begs for wider tires and bigger alloys

Yes - even I felt the taillights look good and trendy in pitcure - and not as aftermarket!
