5L is the standard discount offered. From what I've heard, people have got 7-8L off over on-table discussions. X1 is at the end of its life, so I would push for even more aggressive discounts. If you have to spend 50, I'd choose something like Q3 instead.

Not sure right now, but I've dealt with these Mini guys in the past and they are really stingy on the discounts. So, don't set your expectations listening to VW level of discounts.

I went to the Audi Chennai Dealership to enquire about the A4.
The sales rep said no discount can be given on the ex-showroom price and service pack (5 Years) and Warranty (5 years) and Audi MyConnect (3 Years) are given complimentary, along with a loyalty bonus, the total price reduction comes out ~5L.

The Sales rep says there is no stock readily available with the dealer and if we book the car, billing is done to Audi India and the car is allotted.

I am yet to get the final quote from them.
Will update once I get it.

Mercedes-Benz announces a 5% price hike from January 1, 2023

Mercedes-Benz has announced a price hike of up to 5% across its models. The revised prices will come into effect from January 1, 2023.



According to the company, prices are being revised to offset the inflationary pressure and constant rise in input costs.

It is said that the ex-showroom price of the GLA will go up by Rs 1.50 lakh. The S350d will get dearer by Rs 4.50 lakh, while the top-spec Maybach S580 will see its price go up by Rs 7 lakh.

Revised ex-showroom prices (effective Jan 1, 2023):

• GLA 200 – Rs 46.50 lakh

• C 200 – Rs 57.50 lakh
  
• C 220d – Rs 58.50 lakh

I was thinking of the OTR price now; its 73L for 220d in Bangalore, so assuming a 5% hike in ex-showroom price would probably push the price close to 80 for c220, the c300d is 78L right now, that will surely cross 80L.

Edit: It's weird when I check the same on carwale, it's showing 69L OTR but the Merc Showroom quoted close to 73L (I just spoke to them a week back), so I don't know why such a huge difference. Funny enough they quoted 68.5L for C220d demo car saying its 5L discount they are offering so I'm sure of what dealers are quoting here.

Surprised to see that they are mentioning the price of 4.50L in Jan hence current price should be 1.60cr or so, however the MBIL website currently shows a price of 1.64cr
Also the S450 is not mentioned in this list, however it is on the MBIL website yet. Infact there is even a S400d on the MBIL website showing a price o 2.17cr! Not sure what going on with their website or PR notes

Several were looking at Audi discounts this month, did anyone close on a Q5 or A6? What were the final ex-showroom prices after discounts?

Also since the new 7 is likely to be launched next month, it would be a great time to get the current 7 at a hefty discount. Any news on what discounts are on for the 7?
