Even i have seen lotsa DC cars that have lost their initial quality over the years. I guess it also depends upon the care that the owner takes.

One more thing. We cannot say that DC modifies cars. That can be said only for his add-on kit cars. The others are not a mod. They are a completely re created car. The only reason why people like his cars is because its DIFFERENT [not necessarily good] from the usual cars. Take for exapmle the DC Devak [based on the Trax]. It looks much better than the boxy Trax. But u cant call it a modofied Trax. The only common thing between the Trax and the Devak is the chassis and engine. People always look at his recreated cars as a modified car. Thats where they all go wrong.

Well i would say that in todays context the word "modified" seems slightly incorrect...but i wouldnt say it is.

Guys I think his Designs are the Odd 1 out. Basically u hate it or Love it like Mr.Bangle who by the way is DC's Class mate from Pasedena. All of Bangles Cars when u look at them in the Flesh look actually Nice but on Photos they look like shit. U should see the Go in person and most of u will Like it I know.

this is for aadix: i think one one count u r right, that he was the one who started it all and all the quality issues, u're right on that count too, but what v r talking here is ot who started and waht was the quality, but how r the designs.
as per me, his designs look cluttered, i'd still prefer the old amby as its got the charm, and u should have seen the merc E class he modified, i mean who the hell wants to get a merc redisigned?
and his new interpretition of the new Noble M12 GTO: that really sucks man!
but one thing i really liked was bonito's design for the CBZ.
