Panda in 2005 under3.5 lacs ???

Just heard this buzz on Indiacar board. Fiat is launching Panda in first quarter 05 for under 3.5 lacs.

I dont think its gonna be 3.5 lakhs.. I feel it will be more in the range of 4.5 to 5 lakhs
