I am keen on this car launch, as it aligns with the segment and price range i am considering right now and particularly interested to check its AC performance and rear seat comfort.

The 3 panel screen looks well integrated occupying most of the screen area with less bezel around and less bezel between instrument cluster and infotainment screen.

The proportions look great, especially within a sub-4m footprint. It doesn’t look compromised as almost all 4m vehicles do.

An upright, city-friendly car focusing on space and comfort. And jam-packed with features like any Kia. Sliding, reclining and ventilated rear seats are a killer selling point for a CSUV.

An EV version if it arrives later will be very high up on my list. And from first impressions, it seems we are finally moving away from chrome and piano black.

It does have a D-AT. They showed it in the presentation.

There is. They did mention this during the launch event.

1. 1.0 turbo - 6MT / 7DCT
2. 1.5 D - 6MT / 6AT

Seems like they’ve given a miss to their famed iMT transmission, which was neither here nor there.

Aside, no mention on the 1.2 NA though.
