Straight lines around the bumper on an overall curvy design makes the car look odd. The Venue facelift looked better in that sense.

Not sure why Hyundai decided to mess up a good looking car with a facelift.

Don't know about the front but they have definitely messed up the rear. Looks too busy IMHO.

Also, deleting the fog lamps for a pair candles is stupid. In my experience the projector fog lamps are pretty good in lighting up the potholes.
I had read reports that hyundai was going to discontinue the turbo and used this info to grab one at a killer discount this dec. Sad time for us enthusiasts, we are being starved off and with EVs and stringent norms looming, future doesn't seem too bright.

I am a bit disappointed with the nios look as I expected better after the great job on Venue facelift.

Though I think on road pics may look better than the digital ones. Hope that is the case as I had really zeroed in on this car even before the launch.

Re: 2023 Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS & Aura revealed; bookings open

Looks like they got rid of the semi digital speedometer in both the Grand i10 NIOS and the Aura for good. I kind of liked it as it did make the interior a bit funkier but many of my friends downright hated it.
Except that, there is little to no changes in the interior of the vehicles.

Can someone please tell me what a Highline Tyre Pressure Monitoring System is?

Thanks
Akash

Highline TPMS is where individual Tyre Pressure VALUE is displayed on MID instead of High/Low labelling.

ESC and Hill start assist seems to be there in all model of the facelifted i10 nios amt. Is this something that can be added to existing nios through software upgrade?

I'm so glad to see OEM's offering ESP on A & B segment vehicles as well. While the focus on Airbags is good, active safety features like ESP can avoid the accident all together.

ESP is a hardware level change, which apart from the hydraulic unit change from ABS to ESP, also needs a yaw rate sensor and a steering angle sensor.

No update on the refreshed car being E20 compliant or BS6.2 ready. It is surprising that manufacturers are keeping a studied silence when the deadline for these critical changes is looming, just a few months away.

Prospective buyers, especially those in Delhi NCR, should insist on clarity on these basic points before signing on the dotted line. This applies to all new cars over the next few months. You never know what crazy new decision the NGT takes in the name of pollution control and renders your new car unusable for days and weeks.

BS6.2 Compliant - Yes
E20 Compliant - No

And other refreshes in pipeline will also be BS6.2 Compliant. In my opinion not publicly marketing now may help leverage another price increase highlighting the same.

Why are auto manufacturers reluctant to adopt the E20 compliance. Is there possibility of E20 never really being implemented considering the expected surge of EV in coming years?

I also find the new face decent. Also I think it may look better in dark colors like teal blue/ Titan grey as the black grill and body color will blend in.

In Red, the grill is standing out a bit too much atleast in digital photos. Let's see how the car looks live. It may look much better than in photos.

What does PL ONLY suggest?
The cruise control for the sportz model is listed as PL ONLY!
