It's only facelift of both interiors and exteriors with the addition of DCA transmission. Engine remains carried forward. Built on the same platform.

More like the one from the Sierra concept but with 3 spokes. I can see the next Harrier/Safari and anything above getting the same exact wheel from the Sierra while anything lower will sport the 3 spoke one seen on the upcoming Nexon.

Both are the same with different abbreviations used by different supplier. Punch unit is abbreviated as DCA by TATA. Hope this clarifies.

I believe it is a 2 spoke, it is the contral console part that looks like the 3rd spoke in the pics.

Looks like going forward, the bigger cars would get the 4 spoke from the Sierra concept, while the smaller cars will get the one from the curvv conept.


At last, vengeance for us 4 spoke lovers when we had a decade of everything from an Alto to an S class having 3 spokes.

This looks very nice. A very refreshing, futuristic take on the traditional two spoke steering wheel, I must say.
Touches of Scandinavian styling?. Minimalistic, modern. No flabby centre hornpad. Straight lines.


Now all that remains for TML is to seriously explore the packaging feasibility of a rear "e-axle" for the Nexon and give it part time all wheel drive capabilities. Then watch it top the sales chart.

Whatever happens, don't show this to the design engineers at Mercedes, it will give them ideas! And for the next EQS, they will put a big touchscreen on the steering wheel itself . Because you can never have enough touchscreens on a modern high-end Mercedes you see.

That big black glossy part on the steering wheel will be a fingerprints magnet as the same would be a horn pad as well.

I think that the steering will not only have an LED TATA logo display but may also host space for some warnings bells to alert the driver.

I understand the need to evolve the design but the steering looks really bad in Nexon. It looked okay in the Curvv concept car but feels out of place in the Nexon.

What is it with 2-spoke steering wheels? More and more manufacturers are going that way but I don't seem to like them. Those on the Skodas look better than this one though!

Putting the DCA on both petrol and diesel variants seems to be a good call. Also, I think I like the interiors on the Facelift. These interiors seem to be a lot more premium than that on the current model nexon. People are saying that they didn't like the 2 spoke steering wheel but I like that steering wheel. To each their own, I guess.

Having DCA on both fuel options will be brilliant! The steering reminds me of the old Tata trucks and also the old Ambassador Nova.

At least now, TATA, have all the Engine + Gearbox options available right at launch! Kindly don't kill this competitive product please!
