Wait WHAT!!

Why would they do so?

It is not as if the STD MT is the standard ride height with Innova spec tyres and the 2.4l diesel in RWD priced at 15-17 lakhs!

They could claim the same payload rating as the higher variants, so why this case?

It’s there on the Toyota website. Brochure clearly states ‘Commercial’ registration and ‘speed limited to 80kmph’ for STD MT.

It has now got white board approval nation wide. This happened a few weeks ago. It was after this event that a slew of media reviews surfaced.
