85% Highway 15% City with 5 occupants, luggage and Ac on 75% of the time, managed 715.9 Kms in 33.66 Litres of Diesel (Tankful method).

Average fuel efficiency of 21.26 Kms per litre

On a recent drive to Bengaluru:
Distance: 542kms
Fuel: 37.26
Average FE: 14.54Kmpl (Tankfull method)

First time managed a figure above 14 out of the 90k kms driven.

After a clutch replacement, my Nano LX (2012) returned 24.29 in the last refuelling. Cold weather has helped, as also one of the struts is leaking oil and so I am strictly sticking to sane speeds.

Will monitor this for a few weeks, and see if sane driving really pushes the FE to these insane levels.

Post 4k mark on ODD, the S Cross ( DDiS200) beats ARAI figures

, relatively less traffic was seen on a Monday(yesterday) evening daily commute route (city drive)

My 2010 Innova's mileage as well as the odo readings.

Avg FE of 11.41km/l. Traffic on NH-8 showing it's effect. Otherwise it never went below 12.5. :(

City / Highway drive - 500 kms / 150 kms
AC Usage - 70%
Fuel Efficiency during the last tankfull - 14.45 kmpl

Note: Out of these 650 kms, 150 kms was highway running and the balance 500 was within city, mostly home-office-home runs. During the morning trips from home to office I didn't use the AC (rather didn't switch on the blower most of the times) due to pretty cold weather. For the return trips the AC was ON.

Fuel Filled : 37lt

Distance Travelled : 650Km

Average FE : 17.6KM/lt

MID FE : 18.1 KM/lt

With 100% city driving, I think this is an acceptable average. On a good highway it does go up to 22kmpl for spirited driving and does even go up to a whopping 27-28kmpl if driven sedately (2000-2200rpm @ 70-85kmph).

Fuel Filled : 33lt
Distance Travelled : 440Km
Average FE : 13.3KM/lt
MID FE : 13.8 KM/lt

90% of the travel was on Delhi-CyberCity Gurgaon route on weekdays for work, with 10% on weekend trip to local market. I think the mileage is pretty good for this segment. On highway I got 18-19 kmpl in May last yr with 100% AC, 3.5 passengers

Usage: Completely in the city with minimal AC use

Was a pleasant surprise since this is the highest figure I have got till date for a city cycle from the usual 8-9 kmpl.

I am assuming it is due to using the car daily rather than on the weekends as before and also reverting to stock air filter from the conical one.

My highway figures for INNOVA are similar ~14kmpl. City figures vary between 8 to 9 KMPL based on traffic.
