11kmpl for that monster, and in city, and in Pune traffic, and with a/c? Satya, you got a company Hemant, have you checked it regularly or is this one-off figure?

Yet to try in highways

PS: I cannot say it's 100% city drive. The 15 kms stretch I travel to my office is a mix of both crowded & empty strech (Tambaram - Velachery)
God Bless You.
i drive to Sholinganallur from West KK nagar in Chennai

Yes RX, I have checked four times from last month. About A/C, it's not with 100% AC on but around 50% AC on. As this is rainy season manytimes I need to turn on AC for defogging also . Couple of my friend said it's beacuse of new car you r getting such a fuel efficiency. let's see after some period.

There's also one new ditch every week. I drive from CIT Nagar to Sholinganallur daily myself. 3 route options - the least crowded is CIT Nagar - Saidapet - Concorde Motors - Velachari bypass - Velacheri Tambaram road - Sholinganallur.

There's a new ditch I found this morning right outside the Doshi colony (next to the Ford service station). surprise - please be very very careful on this entire stretch.

vtec - 8kmpl in the city ?? woah dude thats crazy..is it modded ?
my buddy gets a better mileage in his v-tec around 11-12 consistently...we found it more FE than the esteem on the highway it was returning us 15 -16 fully packed compared to the esteem which was returning 15 with jsut 2 people on board ..

Palio S10 kmpl

I also have a Palio S10 which gives me City : 7 kmpl a/c on all the time, 11 kmpl without a/c on the highway , but I never mind it becase at Rs.5 Lakh I get driving pleasure as better as the City V-Tech which costs almost more than double of my S10's price
