Curvv looks good from this rear angle.


This is the Curvv saying adieu to the Landrover and continuing on its journey towards Sandakhpu top.


The area on the roof where sharkfin antenna is attached has some recess. Will get to see more on this during or after the full reveal.


The buttons in the center console for AC, hazard lamp, etc look to be touch only with glossy black wrap around them similar to the one found in new Nexon EV


Smart E-Shifter in yellow circle and drive mode selector in red circle placements are similar to the Nexon EV.


This new ad for Curvv EV is nice one which evokes emotions, just like the old Safari - Reclaim your life ads.

The car looks so smashing if you ask me. It's nice to see TATA experimenting boldly. A diesel DCT would be a killer combo if true. Can't wait to see it on our roads.

Also, interesting to note how the general opinion. even in this thread, have shaped up. From 'looks horrible' 'why tata' 'going to be a flop' to 'wow' 'looks crazy good' etc. Well done TATA, you've kept everyone busy!

Contrary to earlier spy shots and images, this car looks impressive in actual pictures. Really hope Tata has worked on its QA and addressed the niggles that usually plague their offerings.

I hope Tata does good with this one and bring in the much need competition to the mighty Creta in the segment where other cars are slowly fading away.

TaMo had done similar video for before Punch was launched. Marketing department is doing great work. If only the ASS could improve by a fair degree, I wonder which department in TaMo deals with them.

Edit: Quality and finishing also needs improvement.

While I certainly like the overall design, I dont know it if its just me or others too find the front grill of all the TATA latest gen cars having the same design. Looks like TATA engineers are hesitant to try something new.

Actually this is quite a common practice, until the customers and the manufacturers gets bored. Hyundai did the same too.
Personally I don't like it too. Why a 7L car and a 25L car's front end will look similar?

Even though everyone is talking about design, I still doubt that TATA is able to fix 55 KWH LFP battery in Curvv given that its wheelbase is not more than MG ZS EV

It's a way to keep the development and manufacturing (assembly lines, assembly itself and blue collar skills) at check. In the current slowdown, they (anybody) won't be risking high in these aspects. As long as their products are doing well, they are gold.

This is good cause, we can expect a slightly better (niggle free) products (cause shared platforms with minimal changes).

Come to think of it, having owned an SUV for the last 7 years, the appealing aspects are:
1. Tall stance
2. Higher ground clearance
3. Road presence
But all this grows out too fast and SUVs appear to boring. If it were not for terrible roads and those skyscraper like speed bumps, wouldn't mind getting back to SEDANS. We need ones on par with Octavia vRS, Laura, Jetta, Passat.

Maybe because the ZS doesn't have a skateboard platform like Tata's Acti.ev.

This platform will use wider orthogonal-shaped battery packs which will allow for 10 per cent better volumetric efficiency, meaning that they will be able to pack in more battery cells in the same amount of space. This should result in claimed range figures from 300-600km based on which vehicle it is put in.

What I said seems to have been proved right. Yet another Tata car that looks better in real life than in the renders. It has joined the current trio of Tata cars that look the best in their respective segments

Will the benefits announced in the recent budget for EVs be applicable to Curvv? This question may not be applicable only to the Curvv but all EVs in general, with the launch soon approaching, curious to know if these benefits will be available to the initial bookings or would it be better to wait till September when the FAME 3 will be announced?

The MG ZS EV is using 72.6 kWh in Australia. Packing large battery depends upon the cell density.
