It is indeed a good news for all the Beemer fans. I see a lot of them now in Mumbai. seems like People are dumping Merc's for Beemers.

True. The 3 is outselling the C while the 5 is damn close to the E-Class.

HUh !!! NOOOOO way !!! Most of the cars being available in UK now are AT. I am sure many of our senior members here who are familiar with the UK market would second that.

I visit UK every three months for business purposes, and stay there for weeks. I have sat in so many cars, I would say 80% of them were AT.

The one you got to sit in the rear seats are owned by a Team-BHPian.
But he is too busy to come here often.

This would be interesting: http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/members/sivsk_e36m3.html
Right?

And This is what has gone into the car (Well, some of it):
Quote:
Ok bit more about car and me.....

Well the car is a 96 ASC S3 ,M3 GTR, there were 500 built in boston green, 500 in Avus Blue, 500 in Imola Red.... Mine is in Avus blue....

the Whole car was prepped by Ac Schinitzer, from engine to suspension..... the body is thin gauge steel, brakes are AP racing 4 piston front and back, On super unleaded back in england she was rolling roaded for 340BHP, bearing in mind 3.2 litres, that is about as max as you can go with NA tuning, strapping on a Supercharger or turbo is a waste as you loose all the response of an engine.... it looses it's character..... The car had about 300 KG's stripped off, as it was used alot on track...... and as you can guess i don't get to drive it alot here on the road...... it sits way too low to the ground..... Just goes out occassionally....
